COVID-19 Alert Level 2

As the country prepares for the move into Alert Level 2 here at
Crawford Mouldings we will change our operating hours we will now be open from
7.30am-4pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

COVID-19 Alert Level 3

We are pleased to announce that Crawford Mouldings will re-open for business from Thursday 30th April 2020 at 7.30am.

Business hours will be:
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7.30am – 4pm

As you will be aware the Government has today announced that we have gone to Alert Level 3 and will move to Alert Leve 4 within 48 hours.

This means that everyone will have to self-isolate for up to 4 weeks.
To meet this requirement, Crawford Mouldings will be closing our doors from 4pm today 23/03/20.

As it is a requirement that ALL NON-ESSENTIAL businesses must close there will be no freight collections or deliveries therefore this will mean that any orders placed with in the past few days will now not be able to be dispatched.

What a shocking start to the year.  Covid-19 has struck the world and is having wide ranging effects on all our lives.

For us here at Crawford Mouldings and you our customers, the current effect is that Donald, myself & Jessica have had to self-isolate for the next 14 days.  This has left our factory severely understaffed.

William & Katherine are doing a marvellous job of keeping things going and making sure your products are still being freighted out to you.  Our shipping of orders was already stretched by the fact that Wendy is off work awaiting surgery for ligament damage to her knee.  Katherine has been training our youngest daughter, Jessica, as well as doing Wendy’s job and Donald & I are proud of the job both our daughters & son have been doing.

As you can appreciate your orders may take a bit longer to reach you and we appreciate your patience as we work through this.  To help Katherine, I will be answering your phone calls offsite and dealing with your queries.  Order can still be sent by Fax, Email or FLO and of course by phone.

Your business is important to us and we ask that you please continue to contact us as we are still operating as normally as possible.

We hope that you and your families are not finding the effects of this virus to harsh as this time.

The end of another year is fast approaching and with it our Summer Holidays. We hope you all have a refreshing break and enjoy some fun times with your family and friends. As usual we will be closing the factory so please make sure you order any stock you think you will need. Remember that couriers need at least 3 days to deliver into the North Island so please order in plenty of time for those Christmas jobs so you are not left short.
